Christine Arylo, MBA, is a transformational leadership advisor, 3-time bestselling author, including her latest, Overwhelmed and Over It: Embrace Your Power to Stay Centered and Sustained in a Chaotic World, and host of the popular podcast, Feminine Power Time. She is recognized worldwide for her work helping women to make shift happen – in the lives they lead, the work they do, and the world they wish to create. Christine offers workshops globally and lives near Seattle.

In This Episode:

  • Leadership is a choice, not a title or position.
  • The systems we live in were not built for us to thrive. Women often blame themselves for not making the necessary mindset changes: it’s not your fault.
  • Pause and receive the impact you’re making.

Women chronically try to do everything, and do it all well. As an entrepreneur (and woman), protecting your life force is crucially important. Among the things women can do to release stress, and avoid overgiving and burnout are: holding receiving as just as important as giving, surrounding yourself with a council of clarity for support, and focusing on what matters. Christine shares practical tools to help you.
